Quality assurance is the process of assessing, reporting and monitoring the performance of a product or service. The employees who are in charge of a particular product or service must have specific skills and talent in order to be efficient in performing quality assurance. The employee must be willing to learn new techniques, and he must be resourceful enough to make it work in his work.
